Group Finance @ Adyen - Jopp Students & Graduates

JOB DESCRIPTION:

For our partner Adyen, a large international financial institution, we are looking for students who would like to gain experience in a dynamic, agile company, which operates in a heavily regulated industry. We are looking for bachelor students who can work and assist in various projects and teams which are crucial for business processes and further business growth.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Group Finance working student, you will be the first gatekeeper to ensure proper accounting and bookkeeping for Adyen's financial numbers. This means that you will be responsible for maintaining healthy relationships with internal- and external stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring smooth processes. Operationally this means that you will be involved in the booking of invoices, answering questions and supporting ongoing projects. It's a great place to start and learn more about the finance side of Adyen.

WHO ARE YOU?

Practical

You are a bachelor, premaster student, or master student;
You are committed to working for at least 6 months, preferably a year or longer;
You can speak and write fluent English;
Your maximum travel time is 1.5 hours one way;
You are available part-time for at least 16 hours p/week, preferably more;

Personal

You have an interest or want to learn more about finance;
You have strong analytical skills and are curious to understand things;
You can work in a high paced work environment;
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
